Ya, those limits on the bottom of the compile are just soft limits, most of them are fine going over 100%, i think maxplane count is one of them

Very nice map, looks awesome. plays well.

About some of the mapping stuff thats been talked about here already:

dont worry about the maxplane count, or any of those % limit values at the bottom of the compile
looking over the map, i would agree a trigger_hurt is needed, just one large brush covering the whole map is perfectly fine, its very easy to kill yourself at some points, and most people expect them.

and about optimization, from a quick look over the map with mat_leafvis 2, doesnt seem like you use func_details. which are really useful! should cut down your probably large vvis compile time.

what specific engine limits? you could definitely add way more jumps into this map without too much trouble.

-removed a few light entities that weren't needed
-had some faces that were on the outside of the map (no one sees them) that weren't nodraw textured, applied nodraw texture to them
-had a ramp that was just for show (certainly was "complex geometry") got rid of it.
-clipped off extraneous walls hanging off the visible stages
-changed  lightmap scale to 64 (select all > ctrl +A)
-lined up two of the stages with the brown grid lines on the TOP view. I read that it helps one way or the other.

TL;DR: just the result of bad mapping, move along.

lightmap scale of 64 seems a bit over the top, taking 16 as default, the highest i normally have to go is 28. looks like you probably are just hitting a brush/face limit, and a 30ish sec vvis compile shows theres still room for optimization visleaf/func detailing wise

P.S. i made littleman fire and oworld for w33dskill to play different fogs/lighting/skyboxes of the same map, just for a change. but instead i made v4. i think all the jumps are still there, but there are a lot of aesthetic fixes like better lighting, changed the annoying ice texture, better skybox etc.

tl;dr use v4 please

About 5 years ago i got a phone call from this Scottish guy asking for Anet i said he had the wrong number but he kept ringing back we ended up having a massive argument for about 30 minutes till my phone ran out of battery
