you could do it by jump maps, like cp_skyscraper > jump_rush > rj_rckteer > jump_impact > jump_propel >  rj_rckteer_adv > jump_pagoda > jump_elysium > jump_style > jump_littleman > jump_soar

I was going to say the same thing... not quite as detailed though. Simply creative!
