How come the loading times are so long today every time we change maps?

Elsoqo a1a is most likely the worst jump map that has ever been on the server. Could someone remove that map ?

Also jump nbn_b4b has been removed and i might be the only one but could that one be on the server again? 

Any other maps you would like remove or add post those under here .
