Jump Help / Easy Jumps On cp_orange?

Are there any good jumps for cp_orange x3? I play that quite alot, and I know a few basic jumps e.g getting from my spawn over the wall, and onto the tower, but are there any other easier jumps? Im not the greatest jumper, but I can do a few.
