Jump Help / How do I use less LDR and limit HDR in Hammer?

Need a hand with some lighting, Im already at 66% LDR in my map, Ive only tried to increase lightscale so far and that didnt do a thing for size. :|

Hey fellow jumpers, I've been workin on this beggars jump map for a while now, tell me what you think.
Also.. should I change the prefix or w/e?

Another attempt at fixing CP2 || Added text at start to help people figure out what to do... || Added overlay for jump 18.

Older Versions / Patches:

Changed index of CP's to make it server friendly || Fix jump 17 to make it so you cannot triple sync over the jump.
a1:
Jumps: 18, Caps: 2 || Has lighting, health regen full map. || Rooms with yellow light are ammo regen.
Jumps start getting 'fun' at jump 9.
