Whatever / targa movie issues

hey guys!
so i'm trying to put together a bunch of .tga images in virtualdub to create a quick jump movie, but it's just being really laggy when i view playback. when i exported it, it didn't even play, it was just like a minute of a single frame.
i also tried to put the .tgas together in both sony vegas and aftereffects, but neither worked.

in virtualdub, i'm going off the tutorial on the tf2 wiki, so i'm using the xvid MPEG-4 codec. in aftereffects, i tried it with 2 .avis and an FLV, none of which worked.

i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong so any help would be appreciated.

i saw a thread about it but it wasn't too helpful
if somebody could give me a detailed guide or show the keys that are pressed i would be grateful
i think i kinda know how to do it, but i think my biggest issue is timing. if someone could go in detail that would be wonderful

Jump Help / demonstration man wall pogo?

hey guys!

so i was wondering if there were any tutorials on how to do a wall pogo for demoman
if you dont know what i'm talking about, it's kind of like a ground pogo but you shoot stickies on the wall instead of the floor
i'd like to learn how to do it but i'm not getting anything from youtube
