Jump Help / Quad Synch

Does anybody know the correct height for a quad synch? I havent found one in a map, and I want to know if anyone has tried to make one before. Thanks in advance.

New Maps / Jump_nmotion

My first attempt at making a map, sorry if it sucks. Any advice would be appreciated. Keep in mind this is the first version, there is still some clean-up i need to do. I just want to see the community response before I spend any more time on it. I think this is a relatively easy map.

Jump_NMotion_Beta_V2:
-Uniform textures

-Some texture fixes
-Fixed playerclip on one of the walls on the last level
-Slightly extended map

The File size increased from 1MB to 17MB  Could someone explain this to me?

-Fixed the "#1" sign"
-Finished standardizing ALL textures

Jump_NMotion_V4:
-Significantly increased lighting
-Made the last jump much easier
-Func_detailed more things
-Fixed a weird glitch on level 12
-Readded a bonus jump(you still have to no clip to get to it though.

Jump_NMotion_V5:
-Removed func_nogrenades on level 5
-Made func_nogrenades on the right-hand wall of jump 9 much closer to the wall.
-Various texture fixes
-Fixed a way to cheat level 13's strafe
-Made the glass on level 13 more visible
-Made the left hand jump on 13 easier
-On level 11, made the trigger_teleport from the diamond to the beginning of the jump higher
-Made the glass on level 11 more visible
-Changed the lighting on Levels 1, 2, 3, 7, 8, and 9. If there is no criticism of this lighting scheme, I will change the remaining levels too.
-Changed the skybox texture
-Changed Red Spawn room's texture to reflect the style of the rest of the map.
-Added Nodraw to as many outside walls as possible.

Jump_NMotion_V6:
-Fixed the skip jump teleport on 4
-Made 13 less annoying, but harder.
-Changed the "#11" because it appeared skewed.
-Better Lighting
-A bunch of other fixes.
