I think he's talking about how you wanted to revolutionize jumping with the upside-down sticky pogo.
I've heard a lot of people talking about that...
Personally, that was a really cool concept, though, and I don't see why people would disagree.

Also, I made a test map with 100 one pixel walls in the water to see what would happen.
It launched the stickies incredibly fast backwards towards me (it can also make stickies bounce).
I've already got some cool concepts that I can use that for.

Thanks to Billy Shears #1, I officially know how to make stickies float.
Until now, I only thought I knew (I was mostly right about it, though).
I will upload a DEV explaining how it works for other people to look at.
I will allow anyone to use floating sticky jumps in their maps now.
(Credit is certainly appreciated, but it isn't required.)
Demo jumping has been needing some new twist for a while.
I think this may help to make Demo jumping less of the same.

Tell me if you're interested.
I should have the DEV up soon.

*EDIT* Derp, I forgot to actually explain how it works.
Pretty much, water has to go straight through walls.
The walls can't go from the ground to the ceiling to work.
All water has floating abilities, but the walls increase the power.
Without walls, stickies are too heavy to be able to float.
Yeah, that's pretty much all you need to know for it.
Don't bother making it because the DEV will be done soon.

about the teleport destinations, the info_teleport_destination entity should be about 4 units off the ground.
I always make mine exactly 1 pixel off the ground. C:

The wall shouldn't be the teleport.
The teleport is a trigger sitting in front of the wall.

@Wolsk If you would make this soldier map network-like, innovative, that would be cool, cause soldier jumps are usually are a lot more repetitive than demoman jumps...
Honestly, I feel like it's easier to make new kinds of Soldier jumps.
I already have three different ones planned out.

Another issue I had was timer doesn't seem to work for me.
Today was the second or third time that I got one of the top times.
For some reason, it doesn't save for me, though.
Is that an issue on my end, or is that the server?
Please help.
