Add a new server ConVar "tf_avoidteammates_pushaway" to control whether or not teammates push each other away when occupying the same space

Finally...

Apparently, I'm a robot.
But how will I push my team mates off of spire and crater them? :(
I don't think its too much of an issue really, sometimes...but rarely.

Maybe some cheesy shit in highlander where you clip into your sniper to stop him from being headshot by the other sniper?

Chances are sitting around trying to protect your sniper from headshots will waste more time than the time it takes for you to respawn. I'm sure someone will come up with some really clever way to utilize this command though.

Consider a midfight.  Heavy stands in clipped sniper.  Enemy now has to hit a fully charged headshot on the heavy before he can touch the sniper, while having to deal with the sniper firing back.  Get a quick sniper pick and un-clip with a significant advantage at mid.  Only issue is whether or not you block his scope while inside him, unsure.

But yeah, 99.9999999999999% of situations won't really affect this.

On the bright side, demo rollouts just got a bit easier.
