Adding regen to a server

Hi
Hi i just set up a server but i was wondering how to put up regen like how in bernie's server you can type !regen to get additional regeneration for health and ammo.

If you mean a script that gives regen in an offline game created using the + button then you can use this:

If you mean an actual online server, I don't know.

These commands are part of JumpAssist. No idea if theres a downloadlink for it somewhere though...

Hi
Also i found out that you can use Source Mod and download regen plugins but i dont know how to install it on my server and i can't find a good tutorial so if anyone can teach me it would be nice :(
