Klare got her characters back within a couple hours, as she neglected to mention.

Trion customer support 1, hackers 0.

However, RIFT authenticator 2. I've been using it since it launched.

I did get my chars back... Which compared to wow when you would lose chars (or delete them then ask for them back) their support is absolutely fantastic!!

Literally 4 hours from when I opened my support ticket they had cleared all the BS chars the hacker created and restored the ones I wanted. Really great service.
