I'm really having trouble with the 2 jumps leading up to the skip, coming off the moving platform. I can't seem to get to the middle red bit to skip.

Is there any tricks, or is it just me being bad?

I've been no-clipping to the moving platform and just trying to grind out the jump for 30+mins but not getting any progress

Any help would be appreciated

Okay
From the moving platform you'll have forward momentum (or at least the direction facing the skip-platform), so you kind of want to start off your jump in the same direction as the platform goes instead of waiting for it to pass by the right wall (and then jumping in the opposite direction as the moving platform goes). That should give your jump some boost and it shouldn't be as hard to get to the skip.

Okay
Have you tried a normal w-jump off the platform? I find it easier, because you get more height and then you will already face the way you're going so you can strafe to the right wall a tiny bit faster, and get your first wallshot off sooner. And you will still have enough horizontal momentum from the moving platform.
