Maggot Posts: 3	Just asking because I still feel like I'm terrible at this. Granted I've only put in about 50 hours of jumping but I still can't beat maps like jump_adventure, jump_littleman, or jump_heavy_b1 which are considered 'easy'. And watching various runs that people that people do here just stagger me with their ability. Rocketeer Posts: 253	Personally I have about 200 hours spent soldier jumping and about 100 spent demo jumping. And I still don't feel like I'm "good." In your examples, I find adventure, heavy, and littleman blue to be easy, but littleman red is extremely difficult and there are plenty of maps I can't complete. ---------------------------

Maggot Posts: 31	it's taken me about a year to get where I am now, I've probably spent 400+ hours soldier jumping, and maybe less than 150 as demo. The way I got better was by going to every jump map I could ever find, going in as far as I could go, then switching when I got stuck. It was surprising how fast I got better that way.

Maggot Posts: 25	300 jumping hours as soldier alone to start to get really comfortable. After this, I started to pick up demo. 100 hours in, and Ive beaten most of the intermediate demo jump maps.
