there is a big  updait

so i think sourcemod is not running  thats why.

Yeah, a lot of shit broke with the SteamPipe thing.

Running Sourcemod on a listen server required a Metamod: Source 1.9.3 snapshot and Sourcemod 1.6.0. File paths for some key files like mapcycle.txt have changed too, so just wait for the server to be updated.
