Download PREC if you havn't: https://bitbucket.org/olegko/p-rec/downloads

In console:

Prec_mode 3
Prec_delete_useless_demo 1  *or 0 if you want to keep all demos of all gameplay
bind prec_mark p

Now all the time you're playing, a demo will be recording of your playing.  As soon as you hit your prec_mark key, it will save that demo, otherwise it will delete it when it finishes (unless you left it as 0 above). As well as saving the demo: killstreaks.txt in your demo containing folder will have locations of all your marks, as well as the demo it was contained in.  It will also save killstreaks in pubs, so if you want to avoid those, try changing prec_min_streak to something absurdly high, like below.

Prec_min_streak 100

Never miss another run or cool moment ever again.  :D

also a usefull command is:
prec_notify 3 ( i think this is the mode for notify you in the hud and not in the Chat)

is 1 and a half minute less then adrian who has 6:27.75 and nearly 2 min faster then huh who has 6:47.98

I got a 4.35 something a couple of days before I quit but server crashed so time got lost :(
