Could Scout be added for speedruns?

Scout's my best class, and although I'm getting acclimated to using Scout on Jujumpit, I would like to do speedruns of maps that are possible with Scout.

Um, is it possible? o.o;;

Use medic if you're trying to conc speedrun. Aside from conc only a few maps are even possible, and they aren't in rotation.
