Sometimes when I jump underwater, I get a significantly bigger boost than when I jump underwater regularly.  As an example, the underwater jump on majoras.  When I would try it without the triple way, normally I couldn't make it in time or I would run out of rockets.  However, in hbc's majoras video it seems he was able to beat the jump without the tiple by only shooting the walls. I'm also wondering how to get a big boost consistently.

I guess I'm bad at explaining things...

When I try that jump, I fail because I don't get enough speed from jumping underwater. Why?

If there's anything you still don't understand about what I'm trying to say please ask >.>

I guess he wants to know how to get consistently large boosts from rockets underwater, rather than it being all random.

If you shoot at a wall underwater horizontally, you move upwards instead of forward, so I guess that has something to do with it.
