Jump IT / JuJump iT / Ban Appeal

I was recently banned from JumpIt server(64.74.97.15:27015) and I would like to appeal this. So I entered the server and saw someone on chat saying, "if you're going to talk about drugs, do it in cs." I didn't really know what had happened prior to that, but I thought it would've been funny to say something like, "has anyone ever tried pcp?" and got immediately banned.
I've been on jumpit for a while now and didn't really have any problems. I didn't mean anything by, I just joking around.
