Crouched is harder, easiest way for me is un-crouched pogo with crouched finish, for example 6 un crouched airpogos and then simple crouched or one sticky down, one up and M2, or if you are brave, synced pogo that's just simple pogo, if you wanna strafe, I would choose crouched (jump_asdf has really good airpogo levels)

It really depends on jump/level and on your own style

Lol it's my mistake I didn't make the displacements illusionary, you're supposed to pogo on the pillars

but i like the way i jumped it
