You could potentially go to jail for posting a video on youtube with music in the background, even without the copyright holders request, the federal government could just do it by themselves. If you watch streams of games (i.e. SF4 tournaments, Starcraft) the people who run them could be put into jail. Just trying to help this bill not pass, which it probably won't, but anything to help keep it from passing is great. It would only effect the US but even if you don't live here please sign it, I really don't feel like going to jail for making AMVs
