I'm gonna post this on TF.TV and TF2 Jump.

So I've been watching a lot of jump videos lately, and it looks really cool but I suck at it. I just want to use it as a way to kill time and practice my jumps and do all kinds of crazy things, but I need maps to practice on.

If you have any maps that are good for practicing tricks and what not, paste a link in the comments. Also any console commands would help to so I don't die doing something.

I would recommend looking around the forum a bit.  Scripts, maps for practice, maps by skill level, fun  'normal maps' to jump around on.  It's all been mentioned a bit and should provide a source for what you like.

Start with the 'Helpful links to stuff' sticky.
