When you try and join you can't go the right class (demo or soldier, or even both). I know happens at least on jump_up. It doesnt matter what team you go. And it probably happens with so other maps as well, not sure though.
It needs an admin to change classlimits. But I guess it's better of course to make it so you can always go the right class. I don't know if this has to do with the map or with the server. But can someone fix it?
