im just a shitter but fraps works for me, then i use sony vegas to render / edit.

otherwise you can do alot of shit with .tga and whatnot, here is a random video i found

dont aim straight down to make your sticky go down, instead tilt your aim so that you look the the right / left + down.

other than that just practice until you get it
