Just created my POV and my STV recordings, but two things:
1. When I try to play my pielord.dem file (POV) it keeps returning error messages like this: "Could not find table '(Table name)'"
2. I've never recorded an STV recording before, so I have no clue as to where to find the STV root folder, much less play it.

Anyone who can help me, I would like you for life <3

Are you naming your pov and stv the same thing? They save to the same spot. If you ARE naming the same thing, that may be what's causing your wonky error because two are recording into the same file simultaneously?

Try while recording with different names: "record orbital; tv_record orbitaltv"

3:23 amazon
and 3:17 orbital

blind runs.

So I take it people like Afterglow, obsidiian and hajnal who were part of making and beta testing these maps aren't competing? Or do they get the unfair edge?

Protip: step in front of the extinguisher, or behind towards the pillar, pogo once on floor instead of speedshot. Much easier, same effect, less HP used.

There are two that are definitely very very difficult, but not impossible.

So then is it all speedrunning? No portion for like: think of neat jump ideas, routes, methods etc on the new maps and vote on people's favorites?

People probably are using the tele glitch in JA to go from red to blue areas and vice versa. So not necessarily the mapper's fault. Unless JA gets fixed then teamset stuff is best way to deal with it.

In JA? How is that done? Each class/team should have its own save.

This is because a long time ago, shit got reset, and now not all maps have proper teamset cvars. Let us know which map(s) it's happening on, and we can make sure it doesn't happen again.

And like he said, if another person had joined using console, the server would have crashed. He didn't do it personally to get at you, he did it to ensure the server didn't crash. Just let it go.
