Awooooo!
ok

to get skins to work after steampipe you need to do things a little differently

go to steam\steamapps\common Team Fortress 2\custom

then make a file

ive named mine TF2Skin-master

place the files in this folder and it should work

(this works with custom particles and HUDS too just make a TF2particle-master folder and TF2HUD-master file for those)

make sure you're not putting the .rar file in the folder

the folder you need to put in there is the materials folder

(with the models and then weapons folders inside)

yeah, i tried that, i'm not really sure why it's not working

edit, i've tried team fortress 2/tf/custom/skin/ and i've put the models in there, and i've tried making a folder named "materials" and put the models in there, it still doesn't work

materials > models > weapons > skin file example such as "v_rocketlauncher"
