Easily Surpassed
Well I couldn't find it anywhere for some reason so I had to figure it myself. The exact speed of a rocket(1100) is sv_noclipspeed 3.6569. Not really sure what you'd use this for but it's helpful to know.

Very good for testing syncs, on certain heights.

awk
it's way easier to just use ratios to find out, since base noclip speed is 1504 u/s and sv_noclipspeed is set to 5, so it's 300.8 u/s per 1 noclipspeed. divide 1100 by 300.8 and you get 3.656914894.
