try jump some easy maps like noob_a1a (?) or puni, so you will know basics (simple air pogos, wall pogos, and sh*ts  ), then try something harder ( jump_tissue, jump ring) , and after it try no croach jumping with tapping S or combine it together ( with croach you will jump higher, but u cant just spam stickies like without croach), try vertical air pogo (first jump with croach, then spam stickies without croach, its not that hard) , sticky jumping isnt only about air pogos
